One of the current limitations of Posterous is that there is no support for additional pages like an About page. Tabby sets out to fix that. Tabby is a unique theme that uses Posterous Tags as site navigation (similar to what you see here at themes.posterous.com). For example, the tabs you see across the top of the theme are tags. This way, you can essentially create different pages for your site by using tags. This theme isn't for everybody, but for those who want to create additional pages, this might be what you're looking for.

Contra is a clean theme with the Profile section at the bottom of the page.

Slate is a super simplistic theme. I spent some extra time on the tags and subscription areas, converting them into dropdown menus to keep the design nice and clean.
